RnR Wellness is the perfect environment for groups of any size.

What is the RnR Wellness experience?

RnR Wellness THE SPA is quaint and intimate; fully equipped with luxurious amenities to create a relaxing atmosphere for you and your friends to enjoy.  The experience begins when you arrive at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel with our exclusive complimentary valet parking service.  Located on the lower level of the hotel, you’ll find RnR Wellness THE SPA – a place of peace. 

With 3 deluxe pedicure stations and 3 manicure stations, that means 6 people can be accommodated at once for manicures and pedicures. Larger groups can be accommodated for esthetics if done in shifts.

The Spa offers a full menu of indulgent services, plus a number of co-ed amenities including a heated indoor pool, whirlpool and eucalyptus steam.  For fitness enthusiasts, we offer a fully-equipped fitness facility.  As you change into your plush robes and slippers, you have the option of relaxing in our tranquility lounge, or taking a dip in the pool before your treatment begins.   

How many people can RnR Wellness THE SPA accommodate? 

Groups of any size are welcome. We have six treatment rooms, four of which can accommodate two or more people. In essence, we can accommodate up to 13 people “in services” at one time, however, larger groups are welcome.  

At RnR Wellness, with our pool and co-ed amenities, people can relax between treatments. This allows larger groups to enjoy spa services in two or more shifts. While some are enjoying spa services, others are relaxing with a poolside beverage.

How do I book a group or spa party at RnR Wellness THE SPA?

 Call the Spa at 403-244-9290 or email info@rnrwellness.com  to find out if your date and time is available then have the members of your party choose services from our a la carte menu.  A deposit is required for groups of six or more.

What is required to hold the space?

For groups of six or more, a non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is required to ensure that your space is reserved.  This deposit is then deducted from your final bill on the day of your event.  Smaller groups require a credit card to hold the space.  Cancellation requires 14 days notice in order to avoid further fees; otherwise a 50% charge applies.

Will my group have privacy?

Your group will have complete privacy in the treatment rooms; however, the pool and whirlpool area is shared with the hotel.  You may enjoy the entire facility together as a group, being aware that there may be other spa clients or hotel guests utilizing the fitness room, change rooms, or pool area at the same time.

Is there any spa etiquette I should be aware of?

To fulfill the integrity of the services provided, it is important for your group to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first treatment start time. This gives the group time to fill out the appropriate health forms, change into robes, and receive the full treatment time.

Are food and beverages available?

RnR Wellness THE SPA offers complimentary tea, filtered or bottled water and granola bars to all spa clients.  A Fairmont poolside menu is also available, with a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tasty meals and snacks that are delivered to the pool area, lounge or treatment room.  Selections can be pre-ordered, but not necessary. Guests are welcome to place orders upon arrival or at any time during their spa experience.
