RnR Wellness Gift Certificates are valid for any service or product offered by RnR Wellness. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but fully transferable and valid indefinitely, without expiry. Please note that prices are subject to change and may result in additional charges if Gift Certificates are redeemed after an extended time from their purchase date.
If you have received a complimentary gift coupon through a charity or event, please note the following restrictions: Promotional gift coupons are valid weekdays only, limit one coupon per customer per visit and cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer. Promotional gift coupons greater than $20 in value must be used toward a minimum one-hour service. Please indicate at the time of booking if you will be using a promotional gift card toward your service.
As RnR Wellness is independently owned from the Fairmont Palliser Hotel, Fairmont Gift Cards are not redeemable at RnR Wellness THE SPA.
